STEPS FOR RENTING:

1. Make sure everyone 18 and over has a photo ID. We will hold onto a physical photo ID for each individual for the rentals duration.

2. Each person 18 and over must fill out a waiver (full sheet) and Rental Terms and Conditions (half sheet). Minors must have waiver signed by their parent or guardian. Sign for a minor on the backside of parent/guardian’s waiver.

3. Make an account: If you have not rented with us in 2023 you will need to make an account. Please register below to make an account. Each household needs an account. If you are a current Sac State student, you DO NOT need to make an account.

4. Car keys: We will hold onto one set of car keys per group to ensure our equipment returns.

5. Be water ready! Once you receive your wristbands, your rental time starts.

6. Everyone must be present at the desk to rent equipment.

Launch Information

If launching personal equipment/paddleboards/kayaks, please proceed to Nimbus Flat State Park (1912 Hazel Ave). Directions from Aquatic Center:

1. Turn left onto Hazel Ave

2. Turn left onto Nimbus Flat and proceed to Kiosk State Park Parking Fees will apply - $10 per vehicle

If the Aquatic Center lot is full, please proceed to Nimbus Fish Hatchery (2001 Nimbus Rd) for additional parking. Directions from Aquatic Center:

1. Continue straight on Gold Country Blvd

2. Turn right onto Nimbus Road and proceed to parking lot
