Meet Our Pastors, Staff, and Board

The Lead Team is a combination of Pastors and Directors giving leadership to various teams and departments at Hills Church.

Our staff is a combination of full-time and part-time people who love our church and communities. They partner hand-in-hand with our incredible volunteer teams to carry out the daily heartbeat of Hills Church.

The Board of Directors oversees the spiritual health, Biblical faithfulness, strategic vision, and all financial and legal matters at Hills Church. Members of the board can be recommended by the congregation and current board members and are appointed to the Board upon a majority vote from the current members. Before anyone is appointed as a board member of Hills Church, there is a period of discernment and examination to ensure a level of spiritual maturity and wisdom required for such a position, and that their lifestyle is in accordance with the Biblical requirements of church leadership according to 1 Timothy 3:2-7 and Titus 1:6-8.
